Why All Together

We treat the man, not the file.

All Together Recovery is a locally owned Kentucky organization, and many of us have been through this ourselves. That shapes everything about how the day is built.

  • The Trait-Based Model of Recovery

Our clinical model starts from the traits a man already has, his loyalty, his work ethic, his stubbornness, and turns them toward recovery instead of defining him by a diagnosis.

  • Physician-led withdrawal management

Dr. Jacob Bishop, MD, our medical director, and Kathy Gaines, RN, oversee medical stabilization so the first days are safe and monitored around the clock.

  • CARF certified at ASAM 3.5 and 3.1

High intensity and low intensity residential care under one team, so a man can step down without starting over somewhere new.

  • Recovery housing after treatment

Certified recovery residences a few minutes from campus, with real accountability, so the work continues after the residential stay ends.

Programs

Care that meets you where you are.

From the first phone call through stable housing and steady work, one team carries the whole continuum in central Kentucky.

Where you will stay

Real houses on real streets.

Every parent asks this before anything else. These are our own photographs, taken as the houses are.

Recovery housing a few minutes from the main campus. Neighbors, a yard, and a front door with your name on the list.
The living room, where most evenings and most of the honest conversations happen.
A bedroom. Two to a room, a real bed, a window, and a place to put your things.

Speak with admissions

Care begins with a single conversation.

Call for yourself, for someone you love, or for a client on your caseload. We will talk through what is happening, check coverage, and lay out the next step. If we are not the right fit, we will help you find who is.

Our team

People who have been where you are.

This is not a franchise. It is a Kentucky organization owned and staffed by people from here, and many of us are in recovery ourselves.

We build recovery on what a man already is, not on what the paperwork says he did.

Insurance and cost

Most of our clients pay nothing out of pocket.

Kentucky Medicaid is accepted in full, along with most commercial plans. Read us what is on the card and we will check it while you are on the phone.

No insurance at all? Start anyway. Our admissions team helps Kentuckians apply for Medicaid every week, and scholarship funding through our nonprofit, Healing Families Together, covers gaps for people who qualify.
